The National Organization for Women is a grassroots feminist organization, which means endorsements originate from the NOW members on the ground where a race is taking place.

For local and state candidates, CA NOW PAC will receive the CA NOW Endorsement Questionnaire completed information, may request a video or forum interview, and then decide on endorsement. We will notify candidates once the committee decides.

For federal candidates, CA NOW will take the initial interview via the CA NOW Endorsement Questionnaire, may conduct a video interview, make endorsement recommendations, and then forward all materials to our National NOW PAC director. National NOW PAC will decide on the endorsement and send notification details directly to the candidate.
